Unser Ziel ist Ihre Zufriedenheit. Wenn Sie trotzdem einmal nicht mit der gelieferten Ware zufrieden sind, können Sie diese innerhalb einer Frist von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt wieder an uns zurücksenden.
Voraussetzung für die Erstattung des volle Kaufpreises ist die Rücksendung im ungebrauchten Zustand in der Originalverpackung, mit komplettem Zubehör, Anleitung(en) und nicht ausgefüllten Garantieunterlagen. Erfolgt die Rücksendung nicht in diesem Zustand, wird eine Wertdifferenz in Höhe von mind. 15% vom Kaufpreis verrechnet. Bitte achten Sie deshalb schon bei Übernahme der Sendung durch den Frachtführer auf eventuelle Beschädigungen und verweigern Sie gegebenenfalls die Annahme.
Die Kosten der Rücksendung und deren Versicherung trägt der Käufer.
Vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen sind CDs, DVDs, Videos, Noten, Bücher, Saiten, Computerhard- und software, Schlagzeugfelle, Mundharmonikas, Mundstücke oder speziell für Sie angefertige Waren.
Versandkosten können nicht erstattet werden.

If you are not completely satisfied with items of your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of the shipping date.
Returned items must be in resalable condition. Resalable Condition means that the product(s) is exactly in the same condition as you received it and is returned in original packing, complete with blank warranty cards, owner's manual and show no sign of wear or abuse. Please do not accept any shipment if the packaging appears damaged in any way. We strongly suggest that you check your order after receiving it to be sure that it is in proper working order. In the event that the product is not in the same condition as you received it you may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, repair charge or disqualification.
All exchanges must be pre-paid. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
CDs, DVDs, video tapes, sheet music, books, strings, computer hardware/software, drum heads, harmonicas, mouthpieces, or special orders are not covered by this return policy.
